Abstract :
This paper explores the multifaceted roles of technology-enabled systems in enhancing decision-making, operational efficiency, and strategic planning within organizations. By examining case studies and industry applications, we highlight how AI-driven tools facilitate data analysis, automate routine tasks, and improve customer engagement, thereby enabling managers to focus on higher-level strategic initiatives. The findings underscore the transformative potential of AI in reshaping management roles, fostering innovation, and driving competitive advantage.
