ABSTRACT:With its digital revolution, the educational sector is getting reshaped at a huge level with all sorts of new possibilities which enable it to raise the quality of learning, the accessibility, and the efficiency. On the other side though, there are still barriers hindering the delivery of the SDG 4 (Quality Education): limited personalization, privacy issues, credential fraud, and unbalanced access to good education resources. Possibly the main focus of the work is investigating the joint potential of AI and Blockchain technologies as the foundation of an all-in solution capable of delivering education systems that are not only personalized and secure, but also, accessible to a broad spectrum of the population. A major part of the analysis of the paper lies in understanding how AI can empower personalized education and at the same time raise the efficiency of learning with the help of adaptive learning platforms, learning analytics, intelligence tutoring systems, and AI-based self-assessment. Moreover, it is expected that Blockchain in addition to its main features as security and transparency tool, would enhance the trust in records and certificates of education through the use of decentralized databases. In this research the researchers have also tried to understand the view points expressed by the stakeholders (i.e. students, and the teachers) of digital education through AI Blockchain technologies and have identified the key advantages as well as challenges of integrating these technologies with educational systems. Data Collection for Research The Author has primarily used data from primary and secondary sources for the purposes of collecting data on the viewpoints related to AI and Blockchain in education. Data obtained fromprimarysources were collected through the administration of the questionnaire for the students and the teacher, primarily targeted to gain information about students' education background, and also their opinions and feelings towards the technologies (AI and Blockchain in the education). Data fromsecondarysources were found in the journals, articles, andpolicy documents as well as other documents related to AI and Blockchain in the education, which were extensively reviewed.Based on the current research findings, this paper proposed a conceptual hybridized model (combining flexible AI functions with secure Blockchain framework) to improve the efficacy, availability, inclusivity and trust in online education. The study describes the use cases of such integration for education policy reform, assurance of safety of learning record, equitable access. It has been argued that the collaboration between AI and blockchain can make them an innovative solution for digital education to pave the way towards achievement of SDG 4-ensure inclusive and equitable quality education and promote lifelong learning opportunities for all.
