Abstract :
Artificial Intelligence (AI) is reshaping the global job market by automating routine tasks, creating new employment opportunities, and transforming required skill sets. While AI brings efficiency, accuracy, and innovation, it also raises concerns about job displacement, workforce reskilling, and ethical implications. This study aims to analyze the dual role of AI in employment: as both a disruptor and an enabler. The paper explores existing literature, highlights research gaps, sets clear objectives, and frames a hypothesis to understand the impact of AI on the workforce.
