Abstract :
Yoga and pranayama play an important role in maintaining physical, mental, and social health in modern lifestyles. Yoga improves physical health by balancing various organs of the body, while pranayama strengthens the respiratory system and provides mental peace and relief from stress. Regular practice enhances immunity, improves mental clarity and concentration, and fosters discipline and positivity in life. Thus, yoga and pranayama are not merely forms of exercise but serve as a guide toward a balanced and healthy lifestyle.
