ABSTRACT: In the fast-paced modern era, psychological well-being has become a critical pillar of overall human health and life satisfaction. This study explores the relationship between mental peace and quality of life, emphasizing emotional stability and psychological resilience. Using secondary data analysis, the paper reviews literature on urban lifestyle stress, occupational strain, and severe mental health consequences. Key findings indicate that ignoring mental peace leads to emotional burnout, reduced workplace productivity, and severe anxiety disorders. In urban metro cities, high performance pressure significantly diminishes personal happiness and long-term psychological resilience. The research underscores the necessity of preventive mental health interventions, institutional support, and balanced coping mechanisms. By adopting structured emotional regulation strategies, individuals can substantially improve their overall quality of life and interpersonal stability. Ultimately, prioritizing mental peace is essential for sustainable social and economic progress in contemporary society.
