Abstract :This study analyzes the impact of spiritual values in teacher training and attempts to understand how these values contribute to the personality development of teachers. In the current education system, not only intellectual development but also moral, emotional, and spiritual development is considered essential. Spiritual values—such as truth, compassion, tolerance, self-discipline, and ethics—help teachers build a balanced, sensitive, and responsible personality.
The study found that teachers whose training included spiritual values experienced a more effective development of self-awareness, patience, a positive outlook, and better decision-making abilities. Additionally, such teachers were found to be more capable of establishing better relationships with students, creating a positive classroom environment, and communicating moral values.
Therefore, it can be concluded that the inclusion of spiritual values in teacher training programs is extremely important for the holistic personality development of teachers. It not only enhances the professional competence of teachers but also makes them ideal mentors and sources of inspiration.
